Operational Questions

No, the vehicle must not be used for carrying passengers for hire, fare, reward, or rideshare purposes.

The vehicle must not be driven by anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, for illegal purposes, off-road, or outside the agreed geographical area.

Contact us immediately if the vehicle shows signs of needing repair. Do not attempt to repair or have the vehicle repaired without our written authority.

If you need to extend your rental, please contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements, subject to vehicle availability and additional charges.

The vehicle should be returned with a full tank of fuel. If returned with less, a refuelling charge plus the cost of fuel will apply.

Booking and Payment

An e-tag for toll payments is not fitted to the vehicle; it’s your responsibility to arrange for an e-tag or pay tolls directly. Failure to do so will result in administrative charges in addition to the toll fees.

If a payment fails, a $15 late fee will be applied. Ensure you have sufficient funds each Thursday when automatic payments are processed to avoid this fee.

A cancellation notice period applies as per the rental agreement. Cancellations within 24 hours of the start date, or no-shows, may incur charges equal to the rental period booked unless the vehicle can be rented out to another customer.
